Its raining sales everywhere which means, lots and lots of shopping! I have here the perfect checklist for all of you to know exactly want to spend on or even splurge on! Let’s not waste another minute and go straight to the point.

“Wardrobes must haves 2015”

Fringe – Fringes are and will be ruling the fashion scene this season. Be it the hair or the bag or the skirt or even a bikini, fringe is in!

Fringe Fashion

Midriff – Nothing better than showing of a little skin. If you have great abs, well, you are in luck. If you do not have one, still great! Who dare stop u from showing off that cutesy lil’ strip of skin 😉

Large bold florals – Florals are just getting louder and better with each passing season. Pastels shoved aside, it’s time for bold loud floral patterns.

Dreamy bohemian evening dresses – Nothing more comforting than stepping out in fierce style wearing something that needs no consciousness. Ample prints available right from pretty pastels to loud animal prints. Common now, make a statement!

White Lace – I have literally grown up seeing my mother hoarding her wardrobe with white. White sarees, white kurtis, white suits to even white sandals! She is often called the ‘White lady of the society’ :D. Well, jokes apart, I guess let’s keep all inhibitions about white aside and enjoy some Chantilly lace outfits!

Marsala – No one needs any intro or info about Pantone’s new colour of the year. If I had to do pantone, it would be hair color and lenses! 😉

Chunky white foortwear – From Stan Smiths to chunky gladiator flats to birkenstocks, don’t hesitate wearing them with floral dresses, jogger pants or even workwear!

White footwear

Normcore – The perfect trend for people like me 😀 Think big comfy t-shirts and drawstring trousers and beanies and cashmere sweaters and skater shoes! In short, ‘Lazy Fashion’

Capes – Long, short, fringed, solid colored, multicolored, printed, short sleeved, sleeveless, woolen, etc. You like it, just wear it.

Chunky Silver Jewellery – Think chunky. The kind one would find on the tribes of Africa and India. Actually, chunkier! Layers and layers of rings and neckpieces. The heavier and fuller, the better.

I am a huge fan and believer of street shopping and if I had to go look for these, I would hit Colaba and Bandra street markets, especially for my footwear and dresses! I did see some chunky silver jewellery in forever 21 lately but in case you cant find something as gaudy as the ones above, just layer them. Happy Shopping!
